Youth Leader Training Part 1 – Ellon

Youth Leader Training (YLT) is the initial training for new leaders in the Boys’ Brigade, renewal training for existing leaders and training for those in sections that they would like some additional experience in.
The course is a requirement (unless registering only as a helper) for all new leaders in the BB and covers all initial areas of training that are likely to be of use to new leaders. Everyone attending the course must be registered as a leader in the BB (which will require Disclosure checks) and have completed the e-modules on OBM before attending the course. This is all mandatory prior to YLT.

Who is the course for?

The course is for all new leaders in the BB, and is designed to complement the e-modules on OBM. Existing leaders in the BB are encouraged to attend the course as refresh-er training and will be more than welcome to attend.
